Day 40

Today was my freeday. I have been on such a role I did not really feel like it but I took it because I think it is good for tricking your body. I spent the day moving my daughters things from her house since we sold it and that took most of my day. I have a soccer game tonight so I am off to play. I did drink a lot of water today because I think that is what is helping me with my energy.
